The Board of directors of SPDIT-SICAF met this day and decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting for on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 9:00 at the “Institut Arabe des Chefs d’Entreprises aux Berges du Lac”.

The Ordinary General Meeting will rule on the proposal of a dividend of 0.550 dinar per action.
