Regulator

The CMF was established by Law No. 94-117 of 14 November 1994 on the reorganization of financial market. This is a public authority, independent, which has legal personality and financial autonomy. Its headquarters in Tunis. 

The CMF is responsible for ensuring the protection of savings invested in securities.
